when will my order be shipped?

All orders are ship on business days (Monday-Friday)Processing may take up to 1-3 working days. orders will not be shipped or processed on Sundays. If you want any info about your order email us ( email is in the FAQ section).

what if my package is damaged?

Unfortunately, lipglozz boutique has no control after handing your shipment over to our carriers and is not responsible for lost packages.

How do I track my package?
